At Nordhydraulic AB, we design and manufacture hydraulic valves for mobile systems. From our facility in Kramfors, in the heart of the High Coast, we deliver high‑performance solutions to world‑leading customers primarily in the automotive industry and mobile applications.

Sales Account Manager (Temporary Position)

We are looking for a service-minded Sales Account Manager for an exciting temporary position at Nordhydraulic!

As a Sales Account Manager with us, you will have a central and varied role where the customer is always in focus. You will be a vital link between our customers and our internal organization, and be responsible for delivering first-class service, planning ahead, and following up on business. You will belong to the Sales Account Management department and report to the Head of Sales Account Management.

Responsibilities

In the role of a Sales Account Manager, you handle the entire flow from incoming orders to delivery follow-up and forecasting. You work closely with both customers and internal departments, especially our sales organization and Technical Sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer orders, sending order confirmations, and managing ongoing customer contact via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Actively working with customers' forecasts, analyzing sales statistics, and following up on order and delivery status.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer registers and price lists in our ERP system.
  • Capturing and passing on information about customers' needs and requests into the organization.
  • Preparing information and presentations for meetings and providing support for any invoice-related questions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Has good IT skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote), and is accustomed to working in various portals.
  • Has basic knowledge of finance/economics.
  • Has strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Furthermore, it is a merit if you have:

  • Experience working with the Monitor ERP System.
  • Knowledge of German.
